He is survived by: his wife Winona Howard (Mabes); his son Lance Howard of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Megan and Ian; his sisters, Gail Lamb, Lois Hacker and Lisa Thurman; his niece Amanda Buckaloo (Freeman); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelli, Madison, Dakota and Austin; and also, Ghani and Puji Denan of Utah.
