He was predeceased by: his father Alvin B. Fain. He is survived by: his mother Isabell M. Fain of Athens; his nephews, Dan Staub of Atlanta, Jason M. Case and J. Adam Case (Laura); his great-nephews, Wyatt of Athens, Bryson Case of Athens and Tenn; and his niece Lauren Staub Yates (Cade Yates) of Atlanta.
Due to COVID Pandemic a private funeral service and graveside service will be held.
