He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Thomas and Nancy Ann Thomas Samples (Bill); and his siblings, Irene Mooneyhan and James Thomas (Adrian). He is survived by: his wife Frances E. Jones Thomas of Madisonville; his children, Martha Ann Shoemaker (Michael) of Cleveland, Kenneth E. Thomas II (Jill) of Layton, UT and Karl Edward Thomas (Beth) of Athens; his stepsons, Richard Jones and Herbert Jones; and his cousin Vickie Robinson. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren.
