He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Wilcox Lewis; his daughters, Heather Lewis and Kristin Leamon (Clay); his grandchildren, Bradley Huff, Jadelyn Huff and Zachary Hall; his siblings, Sonia Evans (Larkin) of Cleveland and Wendell Lewis of Athens; and his nephew David Wilcox.
