He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kratochvil and Ruth Stein Kratochvil; and his brother Mark Kratochvil. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Willoughby Kratochvil; his son Danny Kratochvil (Gina); and his siblings, George Kratochvil (Kathy) and Sharon Mustang. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
