She was predeceased by: her parents, Cardy Morgan and Nannie Mae Harold Tilley; and her husband James Garland Brackett. She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Renfro of Johnson City and Judy Brackett of Cleveland; her grandsons, Scott Tutterow and Greg Johnson; her great grandchildren, Lily Tutterow and Nora Tutterow; and her sisters, Joann Thomas of Sweetwater and Essie Goforth of Englewood. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
