She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Goforth and Ella Goforth; and her siblings, Fred Goforth, Annie Bell Sneed, Harvey Goforth, J. C. Goforth, Edna Lee Swafford, Irene Richardson, JoAnn Bailey, Lois Deane Emmett, Patricia Ann Storer, Mary Opal Key, James Franklin Goforth and Terry Dale Goforth.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberlie Edmonson, Christine Davis and Cheryl Riedel; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Roy Goforth. She is also survived by numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
