She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Jack; her daughters, Rhonda Jack and Christy Rohr (Luke); and her siblings-in-law, Micheal Jack (Adrianne), Terry Frye and Janice Snider. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
