He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse, Sr. Guinn and Elizabeth Long Guinn; and his son Stephen Douglas Guinn. He is survived by: his wife Janna Hawkins of Delano; his children, Susan Elaine Guinn of Riceville and Michael Anthony Guinn of St. Petersburg, FL; and his friends, Dr. Charles Cox and Dennis Waters of Benton.
