It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James LaMar Dugan Sr. (Athens, Tennessee), born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on March 28, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Linda Dugan; his children, Sarah Jane (Matthew Gary Mason) and James LaMar Dugan, II (Natalie Lee); his grandchildren, Riley Mason, Allie Mason Douglas (Jared Douglas), Maggie Dugan, Gracie Dugan and James LaMar Dugan, III; and his siblings, Barbara Whittaker of Hermitage, TN and Robert Dugan (Paulette) of Harrison, TN..
