He is survived by: his wife Donna Moore; his mother Joann Williams Moore; his children, Crystal Johnson (Wayne) and Sterling McKelvey; his grandchildren, Haley Johnson, Chase McKelvey, Bryson Johnson and Skylar McKelvey; and his siblings, Benita Moore, Joey Moore, Dale Moore, Marty Goforth, Mike Moore and Buddy Ray Moore. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
