He is survived by: his wife Linda Dugan; his children, Sarah Jane (Matthew Gary Mason) and James LaMar Dugan, II (Natalie Lee); his grandchildren, Riley Mason, Allie Mason Douglas (Jared Douglas), Maggie Dugan, Gracie Dugan and James LaMar Dugan, III; and his siblings, Barbara Whittaker of Hermitage, TN and Robert Dugan (Paulette) of Harrison, TN..
