He was predeceased by: his parents, Toy Elliott and June Elliott of Knoxville, TN. He is survived by: his wife Gwen Elliott; his daughters, Lt. Colonel Mitzi Elliott and Jackie Elliott Fister, MD; his son-in-law Zach Fister; his grandsons, Patrick, Oliver, Adam, Max and Jack; his sister Billie Hill; and his sister-in-law Tammy Poteet. He is also survived by his family and friends.
