It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Kettenbeil (Athens, Tennessee), born in Iron River, Michigan, who passed away on May 6, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Burt Malmquist; and her brother Paul Malmquist. She is survived by: her parent Vera Sleeman Malmquist; her husband Don Kettenbeil of Athens; her daughter Jennifer III of Knoxville; her son-in-law Joe D. Cochran, III of Knoxville; her son Mark Kettenbeil of Ten Mile; her daughter-in-law Donna Kettenbeil of Ten Mile; her granddaughter Grace Cochran; her nieces and nephews, Molly Collins, Peter Malmquist, Paul Malmquist, Kurt Malmquist, Steve Malmquist, Kathy Ann Malmquist, Bobby Pieske, Eric Malmquist and Aran Malmquist; and also, Curt Malmquist, Darlene Malmquist of Zephyerhills, FL, Pete Malmquist and Linda Malmquist of Kingston.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Helen's memory to Mars Hill Presbyterian Church, 205 N. Jackson Street, Athens, TN 37303.
