She was predeceased by: her parent Burt Malmquist; her siblings, Paul Malmquist and Mary Malmquist; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Malmquist. She is survived by: her parent Vera Sleeman Malmquist; her husband Don Kettenbeil; her son-in-law Jennifer III; her son Mark Kettenbeil of Ten Mile; her daughter-in-law Donna Kettenbeil of Ten Mile; her granddaughter Grace Cochran; her nieces and nephews, Molly Collins, Peter Malmquist, Paul Malmquist, Kurt Malmquist, Steve Malmquist, Kathy Ann Malmquist, Bobby Pieske, Eric Malmquist and Aran Malmquist; and also, Athens, Joe D. Cochran III, Knoxville, Curt Malmquist, Darlene Malmquist, Zephyerhills, Pete, Linda Malmquist and Kingston.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Helen's memory to Mars Hill Presbyterian Church, 205 N. Jackson Street, Athens, TN 37303.
