She was predeceased by: her parents, Birch Wilson and Flossie Mae Gilbert Wilson; her husband J. L. Womac; her daughter Verna Jean Hill; and her siblings, Wanda Crowe, Ruth Grindstaff, Jarvis Wilson and Dewey Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Norma Mahaffey of Kingston, TN, Ella Mae Womac of Riceeville, TN, Martha Lewis (Gary) of Knoxville, TN, Jimmy Womac (Kim) of Riceville, TN and Phillip Womac (Dee) of Riceville; and her brother Fred Gilbert of Lewisburg, NC.. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 20 great-great-grandchildren.
