She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Delsie Moses and Sherlin Cook; her former husband Burkett Guffey; her daughter Karen Guffey; her husband David Thomas Bishop; her siblings, Imogean Cook (Fred Moses), Annie Mae Cook (Charlie Moses), Albert Cook, Jr. (Almedia Ferguson) and Clarence Cook; and her brother-in-law Bill Roderick.
She is survived by: her children, Spouses, Michael Bishop, Ricky Guffey, Donnie Guffey (Laura), Danny Guffey (Janie) and Sara; and her grandchildren, Virginia Cook and Freddy.
