She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Ray Depew and Lula Mae Depew of Hamilton, OH; and her grandparents, Ben, Irene Depew, Walter Stanley and Ora Coffey.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. Leon L. Jones of Athens, TN; her daughters, Christince McDuffie (Michael) of Columbia, MS and Carissa Jones of Madisonville, TN; her grandsons, Micaiah and Josiah McDuffie; and her siblings, Gary Depew, Melanie Eshom (Chard), Merrie McElfresh (Ben), Jana Thomas and Donald Glen Depew (Heather). She is also survived by several nephews; one niece; and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM at the Woodward Avenue Church of God (507 Woodward Ave, Athens, TN 37303). Viewing will be held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM, at 11:00 AM and at 5:00 PM.
