He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy O'Neal and Mary Lee O'Neal; and his siblings, Betty Houser, Peggy White, Roy, Bobby and Jimmy O'Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Mary O'Neal; his children, Brandy Duncan (John), Kelly McDaniel (Jeff), Mandy Winkler and Michael Smith; his siblings, Salma Fletchall, Caroline Landers and David O'Neal; and his grandchildren, Josh, Brandon, Nicki, Cheyanne, Ryan, Melanie, Sara and Mathew. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
