It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Lee Rule of Athens, Tennessee, who passed away on January 30, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances Lee Rule to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her father Albert W Collins; and her siblings, Roger, Ronnie, Ralph Collins, Wanda Harris and Shirley Scott.

She is survived by : her sons, Jamey Davis and DeWayne Howard (Sheryl); her siblings, Otto "Junior" Fincher and Bobbie Martin; her grandchildren, Alex Holland (Shade), Dwight Howard, Colleen Crabtree, CJ Davis and Reagan Crabtree; and her close friend Donna Moore of Ten Mile, TN. She is also survived by 1 great granddaughter, 5 nieces and nephews, and many friends.

Memorials may be made in her honor to the Building Fund of GraceWay Church, per her request.
