It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Williams of Athens, Tennessee, born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on October 14, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Elizabeth Reams; her former husband Fred Lee Williams, Jr.; and her siblings, Jesse Wilson, Mary Kate Moore, Reams Goodloe, James Goodloe, Ross Goodloe and Thomas Goodloe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lyn Thompson (Robert), Hilda Lytle (Mark), Shannon Kaprive (Lon) and Jane Wedgeworth (James); her grandchildren, Lauren Lytle, Brennan Lytle (Melissa), Will Thompson (McKenzie), Tony Kaprive (Ashleigh), Katie Threatt (Benji), Brandi Jane Graham (Jason), Marsha Hunter (Drew), Chip Wedgeworth (Madalyn) and David Wedgeworth (Abbey); her sister Faith Goodloe of La Vergne, TN.; and her husband Jersey. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
