He is survived by: his niece Sharon; his nephew Robert; his wife Barbara Martin; his children, Stephanie Day (Richard Day Jr.), Sharon Derrick and Michael Gennoe; his siblings, Cate Shepherd and Bruce Martin; his cousin Kenneth Torbett; and his nephew Mitchell Shepherd. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
