She was predeceased by: her parent James Hubert. She is survived by: her parent Mary Lou Easterwood Dukes; her former husbands, Clarence M. Streetman and John Haddock; her son Andy Streetman; her daughters-in-law, Alan Streetman, Priscilla Streetman of Guthrie and Laurel Streetman of Murfreesboro; her grandchildren, Heather Bisson, Scott Streetman and Zeke Streetman; and her stepsons, Jack Haddock (Susan), Wayne Haddock and Marty Haddock. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren, several nieces, and nephews.
