He was predeceased by: his parents, Acy Dennis and Opal Hundley Reed; his wife Marilyn "Patches" Head Reed; and his siblings, William Bill Reed, Irene Eudaly, David Reed and Dottie Reed.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Hunter of Pikeville, KY and Dennis Edward Reed of Hamilton, OH; his sisters, Joann Bales of Hamilton, OH and Patricia Gilmore of Hamilton, OH; his grandchildren, Gabriella Hunter, Michaela Hunter and Tyce Hunter; and his close friends, Vicki, Matt, Jaclyn and Nicholas Botterbush of Athens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, along with many loving friends.
