She is survived by: her daughter Sandi Small-Bohannon (Mike Bohannon) of Athens; her grandchildren, Alisha Bohannon Letner (Tritson) of Las Vegas and Michael Bohannon of Athens; her great grandchild Alayna Letner (NV); her sisters, Bonnie Chittenden (TX) and Jan Bryant (IN); her brothers-in-law, Tommy Small (Pigeon Forge) and James Blazer (RIceville); and her nieces and nephews, Julie Small (Keith) of Knoxville, Sue Blazer Walker (Jeff) of Riceville, Jamie Blazer (TX), Michele Kitchen (Steve), David Fox (IL), Richard Anderson (ID), Shawn Anderson (ID), Donny Wayne Anderson (ID), JD Anderson (ID), Brian Leth (SC) of David Leth, JR, Debbie Davis (SC), JaNel Anderson Slover (ID), Tera Birch (IN) and Terri Lett (SC).
