Dean Heltz Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2020, at the age of 85, Dean Heltz of Athens, Tennessee, born in Reserve, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Heltz and Leona Cambre Heltz; and his sister Dal Leonard. He is survived by: his wife Billie Bea Kennedy Heltz; his niece Donna Cagle; his nephews, Joe and Buck Adams; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Heidi Lucas, Casey Idol, Jody Adams-Birch, Holly Marion, Bo Cagle and Travis Adams; and also, Rylea Birch, Madison, McKenzie Marion, Ellen Adams, Cy Ables, Will, Thomas Jarvis, Jordan Birch, Zeb, Zak Idol, Ace, Cruz Cagle, James Adams, Bradley, Bryson and Zachery Marion.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the proposed McMinn County High School Athletic Performance Center http: //mcsdonate.com/home.html or the Classics Department at The University of Mississippi.
