He is survived by: his sisters, Lucille "Lucy" Graves of Athens, Patricia Ann Randolph of Decatur, Barbara "Bobbye" (Mike Ward), Shirley Gail Wright of Riceville, Betty Elizabeth Callahan of Cleveland and Sharon Anita (George Parker); his brother-in-law Lee Mason of Niota; his granddaughters, Kayla Mason and Cameron Mason; and his great grandchildren, Bryleigh Trew and Aubry Peeler.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home (521 N Jackson St, Athens, TN 37371). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McMinn Memory Gardens (1727-1739 Co Rd 560, Athens, TN 37303).
