He was predeceased by: his parents, James Linderman and Margaret Sanders Martin; and his grandmother Irene Sanders. He is survived by: his sister Rita Giles; his brother-in-law Chad Odum; his niece LeAnn Powers (Bryan); his nephew Brian Giles (Whitney); his great-niece Amiah Rae Giles; and his great-nephew Brantley Kenneth James Powers. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
