He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earl Delzell Sr. and Mariam Juanita Russell Delzell. He is survived by: his friend Selena Cline Delzell; his brother Robert "Chuck" Earl Delzell (Patsy) of Knoxville; his stepchildren, Jason and Tonya; his grandchildren, Reece, Alexis, London, Rylan and Jace; his niece Carrie McCulley (John); and his nephew Scott Delzell (Brittany).
