He is survived by: his mother Ella McGhee Tackett; his wife Glenda Morrow Tackett; his children, Susan Peebles (Byron), Rebecca Ray (Mike), Julie Hawn (Tony), Eddie Tackett (Jennifer) and Jason Tackett; his grandchildren, Ali Rayburn, Ashton Tackett, Lacey Massengil, Indeia Tackett, Tasia Tackett, Chandler Ray (Brooke), Casteel of Kansas, Savana Casteel, Ethan Tackett and Eric Tackett; his great grandchildren, Bailey Massengil and Bree Massengil; and his siblings, Laymond Tackett (Dana) and Della Kitts (Ronnie).
