He is survived by: his wife Linda Robinson of Athens; his brothers, Pat Robinson (Carolyn) of Hixon and Jim Robinson (Kay) of Ft. Mill, SC; his children, Carla Arterburn (Rusty) of Athens, Paula Scarbrough (Wayne) of Cleveland, Mike Robinson of Athens, William Robinson of Athens and Bert Robinson (Heather) of Knoxville; his grandchildren, Julia Olson (Graham), Amelia Reedy (Mark), Stephanie Wilson (Jeremy), Beth Truelove (Tim), Will Robinson, Elizabeth Axley (Matt), Jessica Farr (Stephen), Jackson Scarbrough, Molly Robinson, Charlie Robinson, Hazel, James, Hollis, Luke, Brent, Elley Sue, Waylon, Wyatt, Carter, Barrett, Olivia and Oliver; and his niece Kristin Pettus (Jason).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Table Graces Food Pantry in Athens, the Great Smoky Mountain Council – Boy Scouts of America, or to the Athens-McMinn Family YMCA.
