She is survived by: her children, Hershell Ray Jack, Jr. of Mableton, GA, Diane, Cleve Freeman of Sylvania, GA, Julie Jack and Jerry Hagaman of Delano; her grandchildren, Kate Haslam (Mark), Davis, Sam Warren and Jim Freeman (Casey); her brothers, Charles Brown of Riceville and Gary Brown (Judy) of Johnson City; her brother-in-law Paul Jack (Beverly) of Nashville; her great grandchildren, Gwyn and Welles Haslam; and her pet Jax.
