It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Sneed of Athens, Tennessee, who passed away on September 14, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Catherine Sneed to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie Harris and Donnie Richardson Harris; her husband Alfred Sneed; her brother Herman Harris; her granddaughter Cindy Montooth; and her sons-in-law, Bobby Brady and Thomas McLemore.
She is survived by: her children, Donna (Ronnie Millsaps), Mildred Brady of Decatur, Nancy McLemore of Sweetwater, Two, Ronnie (Angie Sneed) and Lee (Judy Sneed); her siblings, Buster Harris of Signal Mt, TN, Orville Harris (Pauline) of Athens, Two, Maybell Saffles of Athens and Della Sue Middleton of Englewood; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Harris of South Pittsburg, TN. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be made in Catherine's name to the Valley Road Baptist Church Cemetery Fund; 860 CR 187, Athens, TN 37303.
