He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Frank and Laveda Maxwell Waller; and his siblings, Wilbur Dewayne Waller, Billy H. Waller and Charlotte Hancock.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kitty" Plemons Waller of Athens; his sons, Mark Waller (Kim) of Cookeville, Tenn and Bradley Waller (Peggy Nelson); and his nephew Col. Charles Hancock (Lori) of Vecenza, Italy.. He is also survived by Five Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
