She is survived by: her children, Shannon Hammonds Frazier (Marty), LeAnn Hammonds (Carmen Hammonds Fugate) and Russell (Sherrie Hammonds); her grandchildren, Lindsey (Jerid Womac), Matthew Frazier (Chelsea Fugate), Andy Jones (Parker), Morgan Fugate (Sherilyn Hammonds), Henry Hammonds (Karli Rose Hammonds), Ross Stephens (Samuel Price) and Jessica Hammonds (Jordan Hammonds); her great grandchildren, Macy Frazier, Mia Rose Frazier, Lexi Womac, Zeke Womac, Reid Jones, Ryleigh Mae Jones, Gauge Jones, Addison Fugate and Max Stephens; her brother Ray; and her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Price, Stanley, Jamie Hammonds, Patty Constant and Tammy Hammonds.
