She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Martin and Ruth Martin; her husband Bobby McNelley; her daughter Debbie McNelley Charles; and her grandson Dillion Charles.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Hicks (Greg) and Ricky McNelley (Deann); her grandchildren, Crystal Schrimpsher (David), Haley McNelley, Lakkin McNelley, Bailey Hicks and Cameron Erwin; and her great grandchildren, Savannah Collins, Brayden Charles, Raiden McNelley, Madelyn Schrimpsher, Jonah Schrimpsher and Kenden Charles.
A graveside service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Sullins Cemetery.
