She was predeceased by: her parents, James David and Lockie Rowland Baxter; her husband Gordon Shell; and her children, Joe Buck Shell and Cindy Kelley.
She is survived by: her family, Grant, Amanda Kelley, Alice, Celia and Betsy Kelley; her son-in-law Marvin Kelley; and her siblings, Faye Toomey, Jimmie Webb and David Baxter (Peggy).
The family suggests memorials be made to the Wildwood Baptist Church, 1045 Hwy 39 East Englewood, TN 37329.
