It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Moses of Athens, Tennessee, who passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Betty is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Alfred "Bill" and Betty Lucille Williams Moses; and her brother-in-law Roger Walsh. She is survived by: her siblings, Larry Moses (Kim), Sandra Cardin and Gail Walsh. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ziegler Funeral Home (521 W Madison Ave, Athens, TN 37303-3490). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
