He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Tallent and Edna Brown Tallent; and his brother Arnold Tallent. He is survived by: his wife Betty Anderson Tallent; his daughter April of Athens; his son-in-law Brian Hamby of Athens; his son Jonathan (JT); his daughter-in-law Chasity of Lenoir City; his grandchildren, Brianna Ledbetter (Bradley), Blake, Brent Hamby and Lyric Tallent; and his great grandchildren, Addison Ledbetter and Colton Ledbetter.
