She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jacob and Edith Jaynes Crabtree; her husband Rev. Ralph Sliger; her son Stacy Ralph Sliger; her siblings, Joe (Lavonne Crabtree), Rev. Glenn (Shirley Crabtree) and Maudie; her brother-in-law Jim Ratledge; and her siblings, Otis Crabtree and Lois Jenkins.
She is survived by: her children, Tim (Karen Sliger), Scott (Angel Sliger) and Lisa; her son-in-law Trever Jones of Athens; her son Rev. Mark; her daughter-in-law Crystal Sliger of Athens; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Sliger, Jake Sliger, Garrett, Sarah Plemons, Anna, Jacob Allen, Luke Sliger, Lilly Sliger and Abby Sliger; her great grandchildren, Stella Plemons, Henry Plemons and Jubilee Allen; her brother Wayne; and her sister-in-law Rosezella Crabtree. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Parkway Baptist Church (1701 Velma Rd, Athens, TN 37371). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McMinn Memory Gardens (1727-1739 Co Rd 560, Athens, TN 37303).
