She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Charles. She is survived by: her children, Shane Jackson (Amy) and Courtney Ruckert (Carl); her grandchildren, Delaney, Charlie and Carson Jackson; her siblings, Carol Ann Hendricks and John Hendricks (Pam); and her nephew Gosha Hendricks.
