She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Humphreys and Roxie Kyker Humphreys. She is survived by: her husband Sherman Derrick, Jr.; her brother Marion Humphreys; her daughter-in-law Anna Bohannon Derrick; her daughter Sharon; her son-in-law Dan Adkins of Knoxville; her sons, Steve Derrick of Harriman and Sid (Sandra Derrick); her grandchildren, Adam Derrick (Christi), Seth Derrick (Sabrina), Luke Adkins, Lindsey Derrick and Kate Adkins; her great grandchildren, Brianna and Katie; her great great grandchild Ella; and her great grandchildren, Jason Derrick, Chris Derrick and Riley Derrick. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
