With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann Underdown of Athens, Tennessee, who passed away on June 6, 2022 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ann Underdown to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Allen and Ruby Green Adams; her grandson Zack Webb; and her siblings, Fay Adams, Frances Adams and Harold Adams.

She is survived by: her husband Jack Underdown; her son Jacky; her daughter-in-law Ellen Underdown; her daughter Patti; her son-in-law Darrell Torbett; her daughter Kathi; her son-in-law Taylor Johnson; her daughter Christi; her son-in-law David Dubois; her brother Richard Adams; and her sister-in-law Joy Adams. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959 or American Cancer Society, c/o Perry Riden, 172 Co. Rd. 759, Riceville, TN 37370.
