Rowe of Athens, Tennessee, born in Amonate, Virginia, who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert James, Sr. and Nora B. Pertee Rowe; his sons, David and James Rowe; and his siblings, Charles, Johnny Rowe and Bonnie Rowe.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Moore Rowe; his children, Debbie Pottes (Merle), Albert "Jimmy" Rowe, III (Patti), Thomas Rowe, Jr. and Henry Rowe; his grandmother Elston (Patricia Steele); and his brother Tom Rowe. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, two sisters.
