He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Bohannon and Lucille Ovaline Watson Bohannon. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Self Bohannon of Athens; his daughters, Kimberly (Steve Hazelwood), Tenn, Angela LeAnn Bohannon of Athens and Katlyn Marie Bohannon of Athens; his grandchildren, Olivia Hazelwood Fitch (Austin), Joshua Alan Hazelwood and Cameron Bohannon; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Elizabeth Cotter and Grayson Lee Fitch; his brother Dennis Ray; his siblings-in-law, Sherry Bohannon of Casper and David; and his mother-in-law Mary M. Self. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
