He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Ratledge; his parents, Henry Ratledge and Kitty Ratledge; his son Stephen (Sandra Ratledge); and his siblings, Henry Ratledge (Junior) and Julia Hughes.
He is survived by: his son Lucky (Ellen Ratledge); his grandchildren, Kristine (James Boggess), Joseph (Candice Ratledge) and Shane Ratledge; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee Boggess, Annabel Ratledge, Hiram Ratledge and Harper Ratledge. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and great great nieces and nephews; amny other relatives; and numerous friends and neighbors.
