He was predeceased by: his son Gerald Wayne "Bud" Binkley; his parents, Riley Dillard and Mary Ann Binkley; and his siblings, Edward Ray Binkley, Elonzie Binkley, Retha Binkley, Charles Wayne Binkley, Phyllis Elaine Binkley, Roy Binkley and Jimmy Binkley.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Binkley; his children, William Jeffery Binkley (Linda), Cheri Ray (Steve) and Jenny Krantz (Ricky); his siblings, Shirley Wright and Nelda Morris; and his grandchildren, Stephen Binkley, Cody Vondohlen, Patrick Binkley, Jennifer Reeves, Brandon Ray, Josh Binkley, Jarret Ray, Charlie Krantz and Sarah Krantz. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
