He is survived by: his children, Parker Merritt, Jasper Merritt, Rylynn Merritt and Kaylee Merritt; his parents, Vickie Ray Thomas and Terry Lee Merritt, Sr.; his sister Shawn Jeffreys; and his grandmother Doris Mears.
