He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Gupton and Ruby Gupton (Pryor); and his siblings, William Felix Gupton (Billy) and Mary Ann Jennette (Gupton). He is survived by: his wife Charlsie Allee Gupton (Mills); his daughter Tina Gupton Rice; his granddaughter Kileigh Shelton (Michael); and his brother Vollie David Gupton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cheatham County Funeral Home (117 Elizabeth St, Ashland City, TN 37015). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Gideon's of Cheatham County.
