She was predeceased by: her parents, James Elmer Hurst and Mary Virginia Swaffar Hurst; her brother Jimmy David Hurst; her stepbrother Jay Henderson; and her sister Gracie Partaine.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Troup (John), Timothy Pannell and Allan Humes; her siblings, Andrew Hurst, Patricia Hurst Brophy and Cassandra Craig (Gene); and her stepsister Martha Henderson. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
